The ground rules for using tasees.me. Effective 31 August 2026.
This website, tasees.me, is operated by Tasees Commercial Service SPC ("Tasees", "we"), a private business consultancy registered in the Sultanate of Oman. By using the site you accept these terms. They apply to the website only — any services you engage us for are governed by their own proposals and agreements.
The content on this site — including guides, articles, and descriptions of requirements, costs, and timelines — is general information, provided in good faith and kept as current as we can. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and regulations in Oman and the wider GCC change. Always confirm the position for your specific case with us or with the relevant authority before acting.
Tasees is a private consultancy, not a government body. Final approvals, registrations, and licences are issued by the relevant authorities; we advise on, prepare, and coordinate the process but do not control its outcome.
Where the site publishes fees, these are our professional fees. Government fees are payable separately and vary with the legal structure, business activities, and regulatory requirements of your case. All engagements are confirmed in writing before any fee becomes payable.
Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. How we handle the personal data in your enquiry is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Tasees name, logo, photography, and the content of this site belong to Tasees Commercial Service SPC. You may view, share, and quote it with attribution; you may not reproduce it commercially or present it as your own.
You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false enquiries, attempting to probe or disrupt the site or the systems behind it, or using automated tools to scrape or flood it.
We provide this website "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Tasees is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's general information or from the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Omani law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always at this address. Effective as of 31 August 2026. Questions: info@tasees.me.
