Tasees Commercial Service SPC ("Tasees", "we") is a private business consultancy registered in the Sultanate of Oman, with its head office at Al Araimi Boulevard Mall, Al Froosiya Street, Al Seeb, Muscat. We operate this website, tasees.me, and are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We collect personal data in three ways:

• Enquiry forms. When you send an enquiry through this site, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), your answers to the enquiry questions, and any note you write.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It collects device and browser information, pages visited, approximate location (city level), and sets cookies to distinguish visitors. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) for security and reliability.

If you reached the site through one of our advertisements, Google Ads attaches a click identifier used to measure advertising performance.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
• To keep a record of enquiries so our team can follow up properly.
• To understand and improve how the website performs.
• To measure whether our advertising is effective.

We use a small number of established service providers to run this website. Each processes data only on our behalf:

• Supabase — secure database where enquiry submissions are stored.
• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• Resend — delivery of our email notifications and replies.
• Google — analytics (Google Analytics), advertising measurement (Google Ads), and web fonts (when the site loads fonts from Google's servers, your IP address is visible to Google).

These providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside Oman. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful for responding to you and managing our client relationships. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time (see your rights below). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) you may ask us, at any time, to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is inaccurate;
• delete your data;
• stop using your data for a purpose you previously agreed to.

This site sets cookies only for Google Analytics measurement. It does not use cookies for profiling or to show you advertising on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works fully without them.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its effective date. This policy is effective as of 31 August 2026.
