Tawteen serves as an integrated digital ecosystem designed to bridge the gap between Omani talent and available job opportunities across various sectors. The platform enables job seekers to create and update their profiles, allowing companies to access a comprehensive database of local talent. In instances where suitable local candidates are unavailable, employers can request foreign workers through the platform, ensuring a balanced and responsive approach to workforce needs.
